This 12-week course offers a supportive and uplifting space to explore what wellbeing really means and how to build resilience in everyday life. It combines education with practical, purposeful learning to help participants strengthen their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Each session focuses on a different aspect of wellbeing, encouraging reflection, discussion, and real-life application through simple tools and activities that can be used day to day. Every session ends with a guided yoga, breathwork, and meditation practice, helping participants integrate what they’ve learned and experience calm and balance.

What you’ll explore:
• Understanding stress and learning healthy coping strategies
• Building resilience and emotional awareness through reflection and journaling
• Practising gratitude and self-compassion
• Exploring mindfulness and meditation
• Understanding the role of breathwork in calming the nervous system and managing stress
• Exploring the importance of sleep and rest for mental and physical wellbeing
• Connecting physical activity and nutrition with mental health
• Developing realistic self-care routines that last

Format:
This course is designed as a 12-week programme, with each session lasting approximately three hours. It can also be adapted to suit the needs of each group, for example delivered over six to eight weeks, or as a series of individual workshops or half-day sessions focusing on selected wellbeing topics relevant to the group.

Who it’s for:
Community groups and individuals looking to explore wellbeing in a welcoming, inclusive, and down-to-earth environment.

This programme can also be adapted for workplaces as part of staff wellbeing days or shorter half-day workshops, combining a wellbeing topic with yoga and breathwork to create a powerful and restorative experience for teams.

YOGA

Yoga for Wellbeing

Yoga at Elevate Wellbeing is designed to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance.
My sessions combine gentle, accessible movement with breathwork and mindfulness practices that help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote emotional and physical wellbeing.

Yoga is woven throughout my wellbeing programmes, but it can also be booked as a standalone service for community, workplace, or retreat settings.

Yoga in the Community

I deliver gentle, accessible yoga and breathwork sessions in community spaces that focus on relaxation, self-awareness, and connection. These classes are ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a calmer, more mindful approach to movement.
If you’d like to bring yoga to your community group or wellbeing programme, please get in touch to discuss session options and pricing.

Yoga in the Workplace

Workplace yoga is an excellent way to support staff wellbeing, reduce stress, and improve focus. Sessions can be delivered as part of a wellbeing day, or combined with a short workshop on topics such as sleep, stress management, or resilience.
I also collaborate with partners who provide corporate seated massage, creating the option of a fully integrated wellbeing day.
Please get in touch to discuss your organisation’s needs and receive a tailored quote.

Yoga Retreats

While Elevate Wellbeing does not currently host its own retreats, I offer yoga, breathwork, and meditation facilitation for external retreats or wellbeing events.
If you’re planning a retreat and would like to include gentle, restorative yoga or breath-led relaxation sessions, please contact me to discuss collaboration opportunities.
Future retreat dates and events will be shared here and on my social media channels.
