Yoga, Breathwork & Mindfulness





Yoga at Elevate Wellbeing is calm, grounding, accessible and designed to support emotional balance. My sessions combine gentle movement, breathwork and mindful awareness to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and restore clarity in both mind and body.
All classes are welcoming, beginner-friendly and adaptable for different levels and health needs. Whether delivered in the community or at a wellbeing event, the focus is always on relaxation, connection and supporting overall wellbeing
Community Yoga
Community yoga sessions are designed to bring people together through gentle movement, mindful breathing and relaxation. These sessions support physical and emotional wellbeing and help reduce isolation by creating a sense of belonging.
Each 90 minute session includes:
Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga
Breathwork practices to calm and regulate the nervous system
Guided relaxation or mindfulness
Optional aromatherapy during relaxation, using professionally blended oils (with qualified aromatherapist)
A short post-practice “settle and connect” encouraging conversation, connection and community building
Community bookings must be a minimum 4-session block
These sessions are ideal for:
Community wellbeing groups
Mental health recovery and resilience groups
Women’s wellbeing circles
Carer support groups
Third-sector organisations supporting adults with stress, isolation or life transitions
Colleges, adult learning programmes and student wellbeing teams
All movement can be adapted for mixed abilities.
Retreat & Wellbeing Event Facilitation
While Elevate Wellbeing does not currently host its own retreats, I am available to collaborate with retreat organisers and wellbeing practitioners. I offer:
Gentle, accessible yoga (mixed-ability)
Guided breathwork for grounding, calm and balance
Mindfulness and meditation practices
Optional aromatherapy during relaxation
Theme-aligned sessions to complement your retreat focus (e.g. Wellbeing themes: Gratitude, Sleep, Menopause etc...)
Willingness to work alongside other practitioners (e.g., massage therapists, holistic practitioners)
This service is suitable for:
Day retreats
Weekend retreats
Corporate wellbeing events
Future Elevate Wellbeing retreat events will be announced on the website and social media.
What I’m Not Able to Offer
To maintain standards, safety and sustainability, I’m not able to offer:
One-off, single yoga classes as standalone bookings
Volunteer yoga sessions
Community bookings must be a minimum 4-session block
Insurance, Safety & Participant Requirements
To ensure safe and professional delivery:
I hold full public liability insurance, PVG membership, yoga teaching insurance, and aromatherapy insurance
All participants complete a health questionnaire before taking part
Participants can opt out of aromatherapy at any time
Sessions are delivered in an inclusive, person-centred and emotionally safe way
